Squishy park!

Zoey, Kyle, DJ and Mommy went to play at the "squishy park" today. It is actually Settlers Park, but it has a soft rubber base to the whole park so it became known as the squishy park to my kids. It is a wonderful place that is fully accessible to wheelchairs. DJ wore himself out climbing on everything! We played on the slides, the swings, the climbing toys, the riding toys..anything we could get on. Mommy thought we would stay 30 minutes or so, but we ended up being there for 1 1/2 hours! They have two new sections of the park. One is a rock climbing area, but the rocks were a little hot to climb on too much today. The other is a "musical" area with xylophones, chimes and drums...they all had a great time playing on those. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of DJ, as he was being a fussbucket at that moment.

The musician in me was happy! Music traveling all over the park because of my kiddos. Within a few minutes of them starting, 1/2 the kids in the park were over playing on them. It was so fun!
